Associação Cultural do Minho de Toronto is a Portuguese community centre dedicated to preserving our culture and traditions. We offer a folklore, choral, and drums group as well as weekly tutoring sessions for our youth. ACMT is active in the community, performing and hosting events monthly. We're not just a club; we're a vibrant community that spices up your year with a feast of cultural events featuring authentic Minho delicacies. From the enchanting Cantar/Jantar dos Reis gatherings to the lively Carnival, Easter celebrations, laid-back picnics, the spirited São Martinho, and the grandest Arraial Minhoto (Santoinho) hosting over 1500 attendees from Ontario, Montreal, and the United States. Our folklore group has left its mark in cities across Canada, the U.S., and Portugal, where we were honored guests at the Municipality of Viana do Castelo's community festival during the Romaria da Sra.
